Who I Am
I created this site to showcase the one thing I’m sure of - there’s no one else out there quite like me. Browse through all the information I’ve provided here, and contact me directly to learn more!
I believe you should be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire. Engaging with others and working to make a lasting positive social impact is what ignites my soul. I aspire to create this impact through both my professional and personal life.
Having strong moral principles and staying true to them means you must be honest with yourself and with others. There are a plethora of opportunities to "sell out" and many of these opportunities offer attractive benefits. However, I believe that remaining steadfast in your vales is the most important and ultimately rewarding thing you can do.
Establishing a sense of fellowship is vital to success in any capacity. Though we often like to believe as a long wolf we can achieve greatness, the pack is what allows us to survive. It is only through collaboration and supportive relationships that we will progress and excel: both individually and as a society.
Understanding one's role in the various aspects of life and work, and identifying the duties associated with said roles is vital to being successful. Addressing your accountability to others promotes ethical and moral contributions towards your goals.
BEFORE THE RESUME
Growing up in Canton, MA, I was provided an inclusive and supportive community. When the Boston Marathon Bombing occurred, driven by refusal to be helpless, I initiated a fundraiser to help those affected. My community's support helped raise $24,000 which was donated to the One Fund charity.
Always on Call
As long as I’ve been able to take care of myself, I’ve been taking care of others. Being the local babysitter evolved into a nanny: providing mentorship, tutoring and fellowship. These guardianship positions established my adept apprehension of responsibility and thoughtfulness.
Passion for Excellence
Initially a competitive gymnast, I was involved in a team sport that was uniquely individual, teaching me the value and contributions of individual accountability. I transitioned to cheerleading which incorporated more intense interdependency and mutual responsibility as I was quite literally (and figuratively) held up by teammates. I was always driven to be the best, feeding off constructive competition and criticism.
My Strongest Support
I come from a close family who have done everything to give me the world. Their unwavering support reaches from financial maintenance to emotional encouragement and strengthens my drive towards my goals. I am truly blessed to be surrounded by family (and friends who have grown to be considered as such) offering love, compassion and inspiration at every twist and turn of my life.
Why I Do What I Do
Developing an appreciation and understanding for various cultures and viewpoints as well as cultivating a comprehension of your own identity, is an endeavor I enthusiastically engage in. Exploration to me ranges from geographical travel, to having "difficult" conversations in a respectful way, to internal reflections. These explorations are all rooted in an admiration and respect for all experiences which contributes to the ability to recognize and apprehend multiple perspectives.
It can be so easy to forget the vast ocean is comprised of individual droplets of water. A single voice, when joined by many, cannot be drowned out; silence however, can be just as deafening. As a people, we have the power to initiate and enact change; it is our responsibility to use our influence to make a positive and sustainable difference in this world.
Charity is a socially beneficial and intrinsically gratifying experience. To reimburse our society with goodwill in a conscious manner invigorates a sense of camaraderie between people, connecting us on an intimate level. The notion of “do unto others as you would have others do unto you,” perpetrates mutual respect and engages diverse peoples to work together towards the common goal of a better and brighter future for all.
